There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
I am a seasoned professional, having worked in the corporate arena for over 15 years. Focused on marketing and sales in the entertainment industry, I was solely responsible for the contract administration of domestic pay TV deals valued at over $1 billion. When my responsibilities shifted away from client interaction and customer service, I re-evaluated his priorities, and in July 2006, joined Keller Williams.
I embody the principles that Keller Williams Realty was founded upon - the importance of having the integrity to do the right thing and always putting clients’ needs first. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most emotionally stressful events in one’s life, and my goal is to guide you through it and make it as smooth as possible. I actively listen in order to best help you, my clients, achieve their goals and home dreams.
I was born in Kansas City, and spent my early years in the suburbs of Overland Park, KS. When I was 12, the family moved to Mandeville, LA, where I grew to appreciate the history and architecture of the New Orleans area. I received my BFA in Communications from Southern Methodist University, and lived in Dallas and New York City before moving to Los Angeles. My diverse experiences, coupled with strong mid-western values, enable me to work comfortably with all types of personalities in order to best serve the needs of his clients.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional in the Los Angeles area, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
